As a Service advisor, you will assist our guests with all of their service needs. That includes building loyalty and trust, and creating an overall positive experience.

You can make from $50,000-$70,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Representative

Our highly successful Business Development Center is the central hub for customer service for the Sales and Service departments. This position is fast paced, structured, and requires a pleasant and engaging person along with the ability to multi-task. Call center experience not necessary but is a plus. We are open Monday through Saturday, and certain evenings and weekends are required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, address initial customer questions, and set appointments for the Sales or Service departments.
  • Respond timely to internet leads from several sources using phone, e-mail, text, and online chat.
  • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
  • Follow-up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment yet or ones that missed their appointment.
  • Participate in team building and process development activities with other departments.
  • Document all customer interactions in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.

Qualifications

  • Previous call center and automotive experience is not necessary, but a pleasant and engaging personality is a must.
  • Previous similar job experience preferred (such as administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.)
  • Available to work flexible hours including certain evenings and Saturdays.
  • Willing to complete a background check and drug screening.

Automotive Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train in a one-on-one and team environment utilizing the latest in tools and technology along with interactive web-training provided by Ford Motor Company and Quick Lane.
  • Properly inspect a vehicle and identify worn out components to ensure that it is safe and reliable for the customer.
  • Document your findings so that your Service Advisor can properly convey them to the customer and help make recommendations based on what you found.
  • Properly service a vehicle based on the manufacturer's standards and recommended intervals.

Qualifications:
  • Previous automotive experience and tools are required for this position
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Team oriented, flexible, high energy and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, and etc.
  • Ford certified a plus.

Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become a product expert on the latest makes and models through hands-on training and interactive web-based activities.
  • Learn the car business firsthand with live one-on-one training with one of our experienced Sales Managers. You'll also learn about our Best Price philosophy through live training and a wide collection of videos and articles on Foster's Best Price Sales Academy website.
  • Greet customers and sit down with them to help them identify what their wants and needs are for their next vehicle.
  • Walk with the customer around prospective vehicles to ensure they understand all of its technologies and features. You will also go with guests on demonstration drives to ensure it meets their wants and needs and to answer any questions that they may have.
  • Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of our best price philosophy which is negotiation-free, and your primary concern is customer service instead of using old school hard negotiation tactics to earn commission.
  • Work side-by-side with a Sales Manager in helping the customer with financing questions and solutions to meet their budget.
  • Followup with your customers after the sale to help provide Parts and Service support using the mentality of keeping customers for life.
  • Create your own personal brand and learn how to self-promote yourself on social media to create your own loyal customer following.
Qualifications:
Previous sales and automotive experience is not necessary, but strong social skills and self-motivation is a must.

Previous job experience based on strong customer service skills is a plus such as waitresses, counter personnel, phone support, etc...

Compensation:
This position is not paid based on typical dealer commissions which is a percentage of how much you can get the customer to pay. It is instead based on volume, and most importantly, customer service scores. Our sales consultants typically earn between $30k to $50k per year with the possibility of earning $100k+ per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train in a one-on-one and team environment utilizing the latest in tools and technology along with interactive web-training provided by Ford Motor Company and Quick Lane.
  • Learn how to properly inspect a vehicle and to identify worn out components to ensure that it is safe and reliable for the customer.
  • Learn how to properly document you findings so that your Service Advisor can properly convey them to the customer and help make recommendations based on what you found.
  • Learn how to properly service a vehicle based on the manufacturer's standards and recommended intervals.
  • Learn how to perform our quick service procedures that range from changing air and fuel filters to exchanging coolant and transmission fluids.
There are several opportunities for advancement from this position as well. We have had several of our Service Advisors, Ford Service Technicians, Managers, and other positions that have started at our dealership in this role. We strive to fill positions within our own ranks before looking at outside candidates.

Qualifications:
Previous automotive experience and tools are not required for this position, but a strong work ethic and a great attitude is a must.

We have both part-time and full-time positions available.

Previous automotive tech experience is a plus, but not required. We will always train the right person who has a great attitude and a strong work ethic.

Compensation:
This is an hourly position that ranges from $10/hr to $15/hr.
